The Mojito
Cuba’s Most Famous Export (After Cigars) - Fresh, bright, and impossibly refreshing — the Mojito is the drink that practically invented the concept of a summer cocktail. Pale green mint bruised against ice, a fizz of soda rising to the surface — the Mojito looks like summer tastes.
- 2 oz White Rum
- 1 oz Fresh Lime Juice
- 2 tsp Sugar
- 8-10 Fresh Mint Leaves
- Soda Water
- Ice
Muddle mint leaves with sugar and lime juice in a glass
Add ice and pour in the rum
Top with soda water and stir gently
Garnish with a sprig of mint and a lime wheel
