The Mojito

Cuba’s Most Famous Export (After Cigars) - Fresh, bright, and impossibly refreshing — the Mojito is the drink that practically invented the concept of a summer cocktail. Pale green mint bruised against ice, a fizz of soda rising to the surface — the Mojito looks like summer tastes.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 oz White Rum
  • 1 oz Fresh Lime Juice
  • 2 tsp Sugar
  • 8-10 Fresh Mint Leaves
  • Soda Water
  • Ice

Instructions
 

  • Muddle mint leaves with sugar and lime juice in a glass
  • Add ice and pour in the rum
  • Top with soda water and stir gently
  • Garnish with a sprig of mint and a lime wheel
