Ingredients
- 2 oz Gin or Vodka
- 1 oz Butterfly Pea Flower Tea cooled
- ½ oz St-Germain Elderflower Liqueur
- ¾ oz Fresh Lemon Juice add at the table for the color-change magic!
- ½ oz Simple Syrup
- Lemon twist & edible flower for garnish
Instructions
- Brew butterfly pea flower tea and let cool completely
- Combine gin, pea flower tea, elderflower liqueur, and simple syrup in a shaker with ice
- Shake and strain into a chilled martini glass — it will be a deep, gorgeous blue
- At the table: Squeeze a lemon wedge into the glass and watch it transform to purple or pink!
- Garnish with an edible flower and lemon twist
