Espresso Martinis

Ingredients
  

  • 2 oz Vodka
  • 1 oz Coffee Liqueur such as Kahlúa
  • 1 oz Freshly Brewed Espresso cooled
  • ½ oz Simple Syrup
  • 3 Coffee Beans for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker filled with ice
  • Shake vigorously for 15–20 seconds until very frothy
  • Double strain into a chilled martini glass
  • Garnish with 3 coffee beans on top of the foam

Notes

The key to that gorgeous foam on top is shaking HARD and using fresh espresso — not instant coffee!

Instructions
 

  • If using fresh blueberries, muddle a small handful in the shaker
  • Add vodka, blueberry juice, lavender syrup, and lemon juice with ice
  • Shake well and double strain into a chilled martini glass

Notes

Make your own lavender simple syrup by simmering 1 cup water, 1 cup sugar, and 2 tablespoons dried lavender for 10 minutes — strain and refrigerate. It keeps for 2 weeks!
